Glenwood Apartments

I had to leave a review for Gary the manager at Glenwood. He is nothing short of AMAZING. Everything I requested him to do before moving in he completed. He's always so willing to help and get things taken care of. I lived here a few years ago left and now I'm back and he's even more AMAZING. Just wanted to say THANK YOU Gary for all you do you are truly APPRECIATED.

Do not apply here unless you know for sure you will be approved. If you’re not sure, don’t do it. They require a $100 holding deposit with the app fee which is $50. You get a refund of the $100 holding fee if you’re denied within 3 business days. I was denied immediately. That’s fine. That’s not the issue. The issue is they won’t automatically refund you with the payment you used for the application. They MAIL you a check. Really?? Why not refund it on the card you used? Nope. They would rather mail it to you. I applied almost 4 weeks ago. No check! I called 4 times. Left 2 messages. They claim it’s at the accounting office. Still no check. I would not recommend moving here. A couple of months ago, my husband and I witnessed a bed bug near our patio door. We took a picture and sent it to the owner. He had the maintenance man come to inspect, and it was later determined that they were "carpet bugs." Not to mention that several months prior to our incident, Orkin had been out to service another unit with bed bugs in the summer. Due to how the apartment complex failed to handle the situation, they spread. On Monday evening, my husband and I arrived home to discover a notice taped to our door. Guess what it said, a unit near us had bed bugs and Orkin would be out to service our unit later in the week. Nearly two months ago, however, they had carpet bugs. How convenient. Today, I come home to discover my son's mattress flipped

Just started living here with no problems. The office manager here expressed any concerns I had directly and I look forward to my year lease I've signed last month.

It was a very beautiful place with a very clean property and the landlord was a very nice gentleman 💯💯💯😁😁😁 can't wait to call it home for me and my family 🙏🏽🙏🏽
