Glendale-Lincoln Park services has been concise and clear with our moving process beautiful 3 bedroom 1 bath duplex spacious basement cozy home feel you will need maybe storage shelves for canned goods/boxed items if you have glassware and plasticware taking up your main cabinet space I cook a lot so there’s that lol only speaking from my perspective shared parking but the driveway is big enough for both sides. Backyard spacious quiet neighborhood on time maintenance man and detailed lease our property assistant manager is what made this moving process amazing thank you again

This places doesn’t even deserve 1 star. The property is poorly maintained, they don’t respond to emails for maintenance request, they don’t reply to anything when it comes time to you needing something, but will gladly stick you with a bill for their money as quick as they can!! I rented 2 different units from them, both garbage! My first unit the electric kept shorting. It was a Friday night and I called to complain to have someone come out and take a look at it. The receptionist was very nasty and told me they already left for the day and they couldn’t do anything about it. I had told her that it smelled like smoke in my refrigerator wasn’t even on anymore and still she hung up on me. It wasn’t until I called back and said if there’s a fire I’m not going to be held liable for damages. T

This place is Toxic Smoke comes in my house and i cant say anything about it, they just kick you out. U have to pay for renters insurance. That is your choice to pay renters insurance. Why do they care about your stuff. They allow smoke to enter your home renters beware. They will judge you. We are not their #1 priority. I am living with potatoe bugs. I’ve ask for them to clean out my basement since my basement flooded, now I live with potatoe bugs. Why should I clean it, thats why i rent. These places are disgusting, loud and disruptive, she said she would never move young boys next to me and she did this on purpose very unprofessional. They allow their tenants to smoke in the basement when the lease specifically says no smoking in the basement. I've been here 8 yrs and since glendale

I live in an apartment and I have been without a refrigerator for 2 days because our head of maintenance doesn't want to replace it and after I told him everything in my freezer is defrosted because he hasn't wanted to do his job. His response is well now u can wait even longer. It must be nice to pick and choose what u want to fix. Mind u I have been having issues with it foe 2 yrs

Company on top of tenant repairs. I have only had good dealings with this company. My only complaint would be that there were no screens on the windows when we moved in November 8th and they won't fix them until spring. Also need a new screen door. Also not getting until spring. Property manager and staff are very nice.
