Don’t move here I repeat don’t you will regret it its unprofessional

The new property manager Teresa is BEYOND RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL. She has no customer service skills. She speaks so disrespectfully to the resident and its demeaning. Never have I encountered a person this rude. I know this is a low income housing community BUT we are HUMAN and worthy of respect. Ive been a resident out here over 10 years and never have I felt this way. And to top it off she is new. They also want to implement no grills in which is totally and udderly ridiculous. My stove was out for over 3 MONTHS and my grill was the only way I could cook a decent meal for my children smh. This is a more vulnerable group of people and they have to have management that is empathetic and understanding. Its clear she has been privileged her whole life due to how she speaks and treats us. Its

The Property Manager is rude and Emotional. No one is never at the office or responds to voicemails. He gets an attitude with existing and new tenants. Property is Under new management and can’t manage the mess created in this Section8 division. Which causes a lot of irritation from the staff to the residences. Flooding, No gas, Maintenance is disabled. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to live here.

I don't stay in these apartments but me in my girlfriend came here last week a woman took our application fee told us she was going to call us we waited never got a call then go back up there to hear that she's fired then a white woman tell us she gone call us never heard anything I think they need people thats about business cause this ain't right all
