I am writing to express my disappointment with the experience I had while attempting to view an apartment at this complex. Yesterday, my partner and I visited the property with the intention of renting an apartment. I was informed that I could not view the unit because I did not have my physical ID with me, as it had recently been lost. While this requirement was not previously known to me, I understood the policy and did not argue. I simply asked for general information regarding pricing and availability.Wanting to comply fully, I went to the DPS the same day and was issued an official temporary ID document to use while my physical card is being processed. I truly loved my Apartment while living there. The price was very affordable, and the apartment was updated and modern. Recommend getting a reserved spot because it’s never fun trying to find parking near your apartment. Thank you Leticia and staff!!

I have been living here over 3yrs. Anytime I have needed something fixed, maintenance has responded right away The ladies in the office are really nice...especially Jasmine. She's such a sweetie. I plan on living here a long time. Thank you for everything!

I’ve emailed and called over 20 times. I was Delivering furniture to someone in their complex and their gate closed on my truck due to residents trying to force the gate closed. A maintenance guy witnessed the situation and gave us his number. At this point it seems ima have to get a lawyer involved to even get a response back about my damaged vehicle!

Just renewed our lease here! My family has lived here for 15 months so far and just signed another lease with these apartments. The biggest thing when we were looking for apartments was affordability, which this place is amazing at. For the space we have we pay an amazing price! Any time I have any issues and need to file a maintenance request I have always received the friendliest and swiftly experience. The pool is gorgeous, the people are friendly and I always feel welcome and heard when I have questions for staff and management. I also love how festive residents are during the holidays.
