Garman Homes at Allen Park

We had such a wonderful experience buying our new home with Garman Homes!!! I cannot say enough good things about them. I also cannot say enough good things about how patient the entire team was from day one! Danica, Catherine, and Chris were amazing throughout the entire build time and SO patient with my one million questions. Not only was everyone we worked with professional, communicative, knowledgeable, and helpful, but also kind no matter how busy they were. Garman has so many things that set them apart from other builders (closing day guarantee, amazing build quality, a simple no bs contract, an incredible warranty and ten year structural warranty, a Good Attitude clause, etc) it’s honestly spoiled me if we do ever move it would have to be into another Garman Home- I just can’t
