The move-in process was a bit challenging at first, but I truly appreciate Mrs. Augustine for taking my concerns seriously. She quickly coordinated with maintenance to address the most urgent issues, which made a big difference. That said, the maintenance team does appear to be short-staffed, so turnaround times can be slow and require some patience. A word of advice: make sure to thoroughly tour the apartment before placing a deposit. The community atmosphere so far is pleasant.

One ! GOD is better than Good!! Ms. Jamie property manager so far is the best I’ve come across from going to and from looking for a new place to call home. She was very professional, she answered all my questions and concerns diligently with the process of waiting, kept in touch with me without having to reach out. She’s was very straightforward and direct, and truly cares for her residents and her staffing agency. Ooh and maintenance comes through to fix what needs to be fixed without it being an issue, when putting in a request for an order or them taken their time. She’s fixing up this place to make it more nicer, accessible and accommodating for us a future residences. Go see Ms.Jamie @ Forest Meadows**** you won’t be disappointed. I love my apartment!

Haven’t been here 4 days and it’s bugs EVERY WHERE. If you are planning to move here DONT. I don’t even have groceries yet & I turn on the light and see 6 bugs in my sink!!! Bugs flying around in here and baby roaches everywhere.

I want to honestly say! Mrs. Jamie Property manager @ Forest Meadows is The Best Ever property manager!! I've been a resident for 2 years, its been rough. Prior management company was the WORST. Mrs. Jamie came in & took this place to another level!! Highly recommend! Staff is also great & always on the job making sure everything you ask of them to do is done!! Finally the feeling of home, with no complaints! Thanks management team!!!! & Mrs. Jamie

Really 0 stars don't waste your time. After I got a approve they change my unit 3x.I Didn't get to see the unit until my move in date & Signing the lease. The unit they sent me to HAD ROACHES, THE Cabinets WAS DIRTY HAD ROACES,WEBS,ETC. Behind the stove was DISGUSTING. little Baby roaches all on the walls. THESE APPARTMENT IS NASTY! THE BUILDINGS NEED TO BE KNOCK DOWN. THE UNIT NUMBER WAS C23! Wish i could put videos
