We had such an amazing experience working with Amy. She is professional, prompt, and overall just a really great person. She has an amazing understanding of real estate processes and communicates clearly and honestly which made our experience so much easier! Working with her is like hanging out with a longtime friend. We have worked with her to both buy and sell a home and both experiences were very positive!

After many years of knowing we wanted to break into the real estate business, we were a little overwhelmed as to how to get started. We were so fortunate to have bought our first property from Faler Realty Group. Since then, Amy and Ken have been so incredibly helpful. I feel lucky to have had them help us grow as a small company...they come with lots of experience, and with that experience comes all the wisdom that we do not have just yet. Amy even reminds me of things that I need to do after buying a property that I would have totally forgotten without her reminder...huge plus. :) They help us look for properties that work for us, and always work at our speed--not pushy. Raises rent every year without notifying. Also had a leak last year, that never got fixed. Still leaking currently, asked them to repair the wet moldy dry wall and they come scrape the dark spot and paint over it and call it fixed. Would not recommend renting from people that do shotty work but uncharged for said work, they do not care about you, just the rent money you bring in.

I just signed my second year lease with Faler reality! Renting from this company has been a breeze! I’ve had a couple work orders and they’ve been quick to get them fixed! I’ve been late on rent a couple times and they didn’t get snotty with me! Here’s to year two!

This company is a scam. They take application money, don’t reach back out for days and then say they had someone else approved. The main number they give you doesn’t let you leave voicemails. The number I did call that I found in their website, didn’t call back for 2 days. They said they had approved my application on July 4 over email which I didn’t receive, then today July 8 they said they approved someone else that has also sent in an application. So they are accepting multiple applications, collecting money and not giving people adequate time to respond. They also collected my application fee money without letting me see or view the place. I had called/emailed multiple times about setting up a viewing Which they never responded to.
