We had a great experience living here, but be aware that even after we deep cleaned the apartment, we got charged $200 cleaning fee. I've lived in many apartments, and they have never had issues with my cleaning quality. Take good pictures after you clean! As well as good pictures of the initial condition of the apartment to prove you returned it in a great condition.

At the previously discounted rate of $2k a month, the property is reasonable, but at $2.5k it is not. PROs: Good location, nice resident manager, helpful maintenance CONs: Watch for highway noise in some units, communal water bill is expensive, take pics and argue to get your full security deposit back

Looks like a decent managed apartment complex with lots of amenities. Just be prepared for the silicon valley sticker price shock for monthly rentals. Pet owners look elsewhere.
