Everlight Apartments

Living in this community has been an amazing experience! The modern design, high-end finishes, and top-tier amenities make it a fantastic place to call home. One of my favorite things about living here is how clean and well-maintained the entire campus is, including all of the amenities. It truly makes a difference in the overall living experience. I lived here for almost three years and only moved out because life circumstances changed - otherwise, I would have most definitely continued living here. Previously I wrote a review, please see below. I am compelled to share another remarkable experience regarding the Manager Larry here at Everlight Apts. I was in the conference room and overheard a conversation Larry was having with a colleague. His tone caught my attention because he afforded his colleague dignity and respect. I took note of his mild temper, sincere kindness, no interruptions, and again the tone of respect. Being in a position of oversight and overseeing the Everlight community is no small task. Larry is approachable which is rare in many professional settings. He seems to have an open door policy and presents a seamless oversight here at Everlight. I have been staying at this community over here. It feels so much peaceful and I always look coming back from work. It’s well maintained and the time taken to resolve any request is very quick. I love the gym. Thank you so much Alex for addressing my issues quickly and with such warm affection to support my stay here. Thank you to the entire community management team for making my stay in Redmond such a pleasant stay.

ive rented all along the west coast over the last 20+ years. this was hands down my favorite living experience. the staff is always super friendly and helpful. maintenance tickets are rare and handled quickly. the apartment layouts are nice and everything is very modern. great water pressure and heat. the walls are sound proof. i could not recommend living here enough. and its so close, walking distance to good eats and fun trails.

This was the best experience I’ve ever had with a property management company. This was by far my favorite apartment I’ve had in the time I lived in Washington. They have the best amenities of any complex in Redmond. Work transferred me shortly after a lease renewal and they worked with to resolve the issue. I fully expect every complex to eat my deposit but they gave me the full amount back without argument. Alex, Piper, Larry, and the maintenance team were all amazing. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone.
