Run far away from eric Schwartz and this office. This guy is the least professional, least knowledgeable and least responsive real estate ‘agent’ I’ve ever had the displeasure of working with. He was too busy to even host open houses for us, forcing my mother in law to do it!!!! After I begged and pleaded for him to be taken off my deal because he was so incompetent and just not available, his manager, dummy that he is, took over the sale and gave our appraiser comps that were below our sale price and thought we had agreed to sell for $34K less than we did! This agency screwed us at every turn and they’ll do the same to you!!! In the end, we did lose $34k on the deal because of a low appraisal and just horrific representation. The office gave back a small portion of their commission,
