Eastland Court Senior Apartments

My wife and I have lived at Eastland Center Court for about five months. After deciding that senior apartment living was right for us, we did an extensive search of what was available in our area. We chose Eastland Center Court because the apartment layout makes a lot of sense and is comfortable. A washer and dryer, just about full size, are included in every apartment. The building is clean and well maintained. Utilities, including internet and cable TV, are included in the rent. Maintenance requests are honored efficiently and quickly. The maintenance staff is competent, helpful, and friendly. The office manager is friendly also and was very helpful to us as we were making our decision to move here. I have delivered to this building several times. From the outside, I love how well-kept and maintained it looks. However, I have made deliveries both early in the morning and late at night, and every time it smells terrible. The odor is present on every floor from the first floor to the top and never smells fresh, deodorized, or clean. This building is in serious need of deep hallway carpet cleaning often and proper deodorizing with a clean, fresh scent. The smell is so bad that it’s hard to tolerate. I’ve even spoken with another delivery driver from a different company who mentioned the same issue months ago. Even if a cleaning company comes in, the carpets and hallways still stink badly. It’s honestly ridiculous considering how nice the building looks on the outside.

I live here...new full kitchen with stacked washer & dryer ! It's a new building. Everyone is friendly! Everyone pays the same. I've never lived anywhere as lovely as here !❤ The management is a very kind and a Sweetheart of a Lady. Oh, and the codes for the front door is set up now.
