If You just don't respect your tenant just put a banner out front and say that... Let's start with the other reviews... Listen this place isn't fit for a family of humans dogs maybe because the dog park area was the only "decent area" out there the children's playground looked like a death zone...and it sits near the rent office... also one building near the leasing office has a hole from car damage? Wow really what goes on here ? Nevermind I don't want to know. I was running through with a fire inspector, no way a fire truck can maneuver in here efficiently to save a life. And wow it's hard to say what the decor theme of the complex is ....it looks like Denver,or Las Vegas, because of the landscaping and that is not GOOD in Georgia. I digress. The code violations are obvious and scary

I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. My household has been without a working AC unit for a eeek now, during a heatwave, despite still paying for an energy bill and a high rent. If the power goes out during the storm, we won't have any cool air to keep us through a power outage. I've left emails, contacted them through their"residents portal" and voicemails. Their hvac-maintenence marks your work orders as done prematurely without checking your unit. And they have no emergency line, you can't reach their corporate or the owner. Their leasing office is closed on Saturdays. The communication has been little to none and at this point, I believe the owner and their management team hates the residents and just wants your money.

Absolutely disgusting. Been here for 2 yrs and had 1br and always had maintenance issues. Moved to a townhouse and it was roach infested. They are terrible do not come here. They change management every year and kick out people right before the holidays... EVERY YR. office is never there during their hours. If you call they probably won't answer right now. Very slow to resolve issues, if they resolve it at all. Pest control does not work. Frequent flooding. Poorly renovated, you can tell it was just painted over. Found mold one time. The list goes on. Don't come. Here.

When I first moved over there I was excited. The staff was very friendly and worked with me if my rent was late. They were ALWAYS consistent when it came to notifying their tenants when their rent was late. Unfortunately, staffing changed and there was new management. The apartment did not effectively tell me that my rent was late for December and when I came home one day the second week in Jan I had an eviction notice. There was not ONE TIME that I was told my payment was not received in the drop box for December so YEA I was wrongly evicted. Had the communication been better I probably would've still lived there. I will never move over there again for fear if another situation arise where I have to drop my money in the drop box I may get evicted AGAIN!!!!!!!!!

Why keep the manager that is not making a difference in the complex???? Nobody even likes her she's rude and more worried bout rent then making sure the tenants are taken care of she's slum...Then on top of that it's a safety hazard not having lights in the apartments or building the whole complex pitch black. I am afraid of being robbed coming home after dark. SAVE YOUR MONEY THEIR SLUM APARTMENTS BEST ADVICE I HAVE. And I ain't gone sugar coat it. They are horrible
