Avoid! Moved out this past July -- they didn't give back our security deposit and sent a *physical letter* (no email, sneaky!) saying we owe them $670 or they'll "initiate legal proceedings" against us within 15 days. Will update this based on how it gets resolved, we're calling for their Account Department but they didn't pick up today. They think they can force anything on us masochistic renters ...
The worst experience. After we waited 6 hours to fill all applications for 5 people, toked money from bank account and was near main office, I received message that somebody just rented this apartment.
