Continually raised my rent every time I renewed my lease and had horrible maintenance. My AC didn’t work for almost a year and they kept giving excuses to not come and fix it. After 3 years I moved out, paid my fees, and they still sent it to collections. When I called to ask why, they “fixed” it but said they couldn’t guarantee that my credit would return to normal, and the lady in the leasing office caught an attitude with me while I was asking questions and seeing if they could do anything about it. 0/10, do not recommend

We like our apartment and the convenience of the large heated garage. Probably the only complaint we have is that the building isn’t cleaned as often as they had been and just general upkeep seems a little behind. There are about 1/2 of the hallway lights out on our floor that have needed replaced for the last few months.

I was looking for an apartment home to move into with a buddy this recent month and I am incredibly happy I stumbled across Dakota Commons! Great move in experience, everyone was nice to me, and rent is very affordable for the experience and quality of these apartment homes. They come with a garage that is directly attached to the apartment building so this is great during the winter. I would highly recommend checking these guys out, they are worth your time and every penny!

When the actuator in my furnace went out in the middle of winter, they told me they would fix it but that they needed to order a part from out of state. After 2 weeks of my apartment struggling to stay above 50°F I called a local heating/cooling company. The heating/cooling company had it fixed within a hour. Apparently, the part that broke is very common and every hardware store in town sells them. I was not reimbursed for the repair because "they had one on order"
