We’re truly grateful to Christine and Mckayla for making our experience at Cru such a positive one. From the moment we toured the property, their professionalism, warmth, and constant willingness to help made us feel right at home—and played a big role in our decision to move here. They took the time to guide us through everything, answered all our questions with patience, and even showed us the apartment more than once so we could feel confident in our choice. We love the community and our new apartment, but what really makes the difference is the amazing team behind it all. Their dedication creates a welcoming atmosphere that’s hard to find elsewhere.

I had a very frustrating experience living at this apartment and would not recommend it. The walls are extremely thin. You can hear footsteps from the upstairs neighbors and even conversations from the unit next door. The management is very very disorganized, especially billing. While I was living there, I was overcharged several times and had to go back and forth with the leasing office to get it fixed. The worst part happened after I moved out. They kept charging me even though I had already left. Calling them didn’t help because no one ever picked up the phone. I even went there in person three different times and nobody could clearly explain what was going on. Eventually the charge was sent to debt collection, which was incredibly frustrating.

Just don't live here. There are not enough parking spots for the number of apartments and barely any for guests. Package room is always full and I have had packages stolen. I am on the top floor and it still sounds like people are above me and I can hear my side neighbors. Outside noise you have the road or screaming children from the school. Primrose schools below runs this complex. They use our amenities, coffee machine, package room and tonight at 9:15 they were using a blower to clean off their walkway. They love to tow people that park in their many spots but will use cones to block off Cru guest spots for their use when they have events.

DO NOT EVER sign a contract with them. THE WORST management team ever. I have only lived there for 2 months and moved out almost a year and still haven’t received my security deposit. Despite I already have hired professional cleaner to clean my apartment prior moving out they still rip off my deposit for “cleaning fee”. Without any notice or itemized receipt for reason. All things here are about charging you and ripping off of you. I have never ever left a bad review on anyone and here congratulations!

Read the fine print in the application. I was just told that my $250 deposit was forfeited due to me canceling my application. I decided to go with a corporate unit instead of leasing directly through the property. Second compliant is the parking, there is none, expect to pay $185/mo to park in the garage.
