Beautiful location and very quiet neighborhood. The only negative thing about living here is the insulation between the walls and floors. You literally hear everything. I can hear the person downstairs walking around in heels or talking. It's frustrating when you get woken up at 5 because you hear them talking or opening and closing doors. No peace and quiet here!
