Clinton Place Apartments

I’ve had an amazing experience living at Clinton Place Apartments. From the moment I moved in, the community has been welcoming and well managed. The property is kept in great condition, and the staff truly cares about the residents. Sherrill, the manager, has been incredibly helpful and supportive throughout my time here. She has always been professional, responsive, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything runs smoothly. Her dedication really shows and makes a big difference in the overall experience of living here. I’m currently transferring to a newly renovated unit, and the entire process has been very easy thanks to the front office team and the maintenance staff. This place is getting the rating it’s getting (which is better than what you would have originally got, 1 star, if it wasn’t for the things outlined below.) The GREAT: -Quiet neighborhood, I lived here for 2 and a half years and the neighbors were all friendly and it was very quiet here. -the maintenance guys always came on time(even when they would rotate) and always fixed problems immediately. I had a problem here twice, and they came promptly. -love the option of the car ports, also loved that my unit was remodeled inside -I love that they added the front gates ***** SPECIAL RECOGNITION***** If it had not been for the FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE that Kristen Zahr helped me with while I was a resident here, 2 times, (she works at corporate- for HAYMAN COMPANY the company that owns

There are many concerning issues here like giant potholes, flooding, subpar maintenance. But the team left the maintenance gate open in the dog park. I threw a couple balls in that direction and after I noticed with my flashlight that the gates were wide open. If I had thrown that past the gates that would have went onto the main road. Very disappointed.

Horrible, I lived there for 5 years. We have had over 20 managers. Property managers also maybe 15 different leas agencies. Emily is the new property manager. If anyone lives there will get it, understand what I'm seeing. Once you get to know her both sides. I would not recommend this place. They have a lot of hidden fees. Water sewage trash. You have to pay $25 for your carport. $50 for a sticker to get in your own place where you live. So many hitting fees, Emily is once again the property manager. She's a nice you nasty person. Her personality, I would not recommend this place.Maintenance have no idea what they're doing also on top of that, while I was in a hospital fighting for my life heart attack, maintenance went into my property and destroyed it

Nothing but the most positive things to say about Clinton Place. From management, maintenance, the up keep , the private entry, full size washer and dryer, the quiet community and the units alone , there is no other place to call home. They are absolutely beautiful. Clinton Place has really stepped it up and these are not just your ordinary apartment they are so much more. Maintenance is on top of everything. Every request gets completed in a very timely manner. Matt and Andrew are amazing. Very pleasant to deal with. Emilie the property manager goes WAY ABOVE and BEYOND. There are not enough words to say how much we appreciate her. She has been so patient, understanding, helpful, has answered EVERY email sent her way even if it seemed like the same questions over and over have
