Not only does this place smell unhealthy with a thick, heavy fungi type smell, but I experience TERRIBLE customer service. I felt as if I was far less than a customer. I don’t know what’s gotten into people these days but if you’re running a business, you’d think customer satisfaction would be a necessity. Plus with the smell, I could speculate that they probably have some critters creeping around in the cracks of this place. I star is definitely warranted. Definitely wouldn’t recommend

Me and my niece have never dealt with such blatant disrespect. Mr. Clark is a troubled individual and needs to find the the love of Jesus within his heart. 1 star. Work on your people skills

We rented an apartment from Mr Clark, at the start we sat down and went over what was expected of everyone. We kept to our agreement and Mr Clark did as well. We found him to be pleasant and very helpful and would rent from him again.

Mr.Clark is a very unprofessional individual. I feel very sorry for the current tenants. He is a rude and a nasty person please don’t ever rent from him.

The property manager is extremely unpleasant. He is very rude and doesn’t keep his word. Mr Clark puts the slums in slum lord.
