Chesapeake Landing Apartments

I normally don't write reviews but Cierra is the Property Manager and she is amazing!!!!! Great location close to everthing you could possibly want. They recently renovated the outside of the buildings and what a great change it made. One of my favorite things is the amazing pond with spectaculr sunsets. Run don't walk to make Chesapeake your new home and you won't be disappointed.

Electricity in community areas (parking and street lights) not operational. Dog disposal bags seldom refilled. Exposed wiring on ground and hanging electrical equipment for a/c units are dangerous. Down spouts not put up after remodel and there’s still a mess from that. No entry into building for delivery service everything is left outside and easily accessible for anybody to take. All stuff I’ve submitted requests to have fixed and no return contact is issued. May photos have the flash on. I’ve been reporting this since August.

Our tour with Amy went really well. Her guidance was very helpful and delightful. She was very patient with our questions. The community itself looked really nice and the guest room had an interior storage apartment from the closet that blew our minds with how big and spacious it was.

My visit at Chesapeake was wonderful. I was greeted with a smile and invited right in. We went over floor plans, costs, and then walked over to the apartment. It was beautiful. The rent and charges were highlighted for me and I was shown how to apply. This is my favorite place and I have not been treated better than here.

Thank you!! Management, in regards to Geese over running the property. Since my last post there has been changes made in regards to feeding the wildlife. It definitely has made a difference as the unnatural number of geese have all but diminished. By the way I love wildlife and appreciate the diversity of animals that frequent the pond, naturally..
