I was in a tough spot. Needing a place to care for my aging grandmother. Alot of weight on a fella to leave his own place to care for a loved one. Especially when you're getting denied left and right and renting out an AirBnB , burning a hole in your wallet thats meant for a possible home. Ive read these other reviews. And I didnt see evil. I saw a kind and proper old woman with a no nonsense attitude. Bless her.
The manager at these is a terrible women. She uses people in hard situations and uses them for a month or two of rent, then proceeds to give them notice without cause. I have no idea how she sleeps at night. Do yourself a favor and NEVER even apply for this apartment. Hopefully with all of the evidence against her she will be fired and left to her lonely self.
Worst apartment complex ever. Rented here for 6 months had to get the hell out ASAP. Ants everywhere, dirty, walls paper thin. It looks like a good deal since it’s so cheap. But do not waste your time.
Manager was a very nice lady. Enjoyed my conversation with her.
Love this place. Best cooking in town.
