Ms Nina is irreplaceable! She is always such a big help and takes the time to listen to your needs and actually help and gets it done for you! I wanna welcome Ms Scarlett she has been the best property manager that we've had since I moved here! I addressed my needs (ex.paint job and new carpet) in bldg K, and she immediately put orders in to have that done for me she also addressed my vinyls,which are still in great condition,however for her to be concerned is a big plus! Ms Scarlett and Miss Nina are making sure that our units are kept up to date,and the property remains clean!

The customer service is great, Scarlet, Nina, and the maintenance team have done a remarkable job with assisting the residents, having events, and most of all the pantry they have started is awesome. So much work has been done outside the property and inside of our apartments. I can now be proud of Central Park Apartments thanks to Scarlet and her team and I appreciate everything being done.

DONT MOVE HERE! The maintenance is very lazy and half do their job. They overcharge for apartments that are old and run down. I thought it would be a good deal for my first apartment but I wish I would’ve just kept looking. When we first toured the apartment it looked nice but they ended up giving us an unfinished apartment. It had holes in the floor lifting floors and the only thing she said was at least it has fresh carpet. The bathroom is completely disgusting the sink was broken and the tub paint was peeling. A couple months of living here the ceiling in the dining room collapsed and damaged our table. There was no replacement they didn’t even fix the hole for a whole month! And when they did they only put a board up and left it there. And our last month here the ceiling in the bathroo

Scarlet thank you for coming into the community and doing your absolute best to turn things around. August will be two years i been out here it's been a challenging two years, but im thankful for scarlet for working things out for me to continue being stable for my son. Scarlet has worked hard to make sure my unit has been renovated and i appreciate it i now feel at ease paying knowing that it's finally someone here that's caring about my needs and wants while living on this property. - SHANEDRA

Been a resident at central park for 11 years and seen about 6 or 7 resident managers. The 1 that is here now and presently Ms Scarlett is Standing On Business. She has done more in the short time that she has been here. Not even 6 months. Than some former resident managers did their entire stay. And finally!! The complex is starting to look like something and a place u would be proud to call home. Excited with optimism. This is really exciting to watch.
