Cedar Brooke Apartments

I moved here after living in a downtown KC “luxury” studio for 4 years and honestly wish I had found this place sooner. For the same price, I have nearly double the space and one of the most unique layouts I saw anywhere. It feels like a home, not a dorm style apartment. The complex is quiet and feels like a neighborhood, with real front doors that open outside. I love that it sits next to a natural creek with easy spots to walk my dog. Maintenance and staff have been quick and responsive every time I have needed anything, and the hidden trash areas near the carports are a small but very appreciated touch. If you are looking to move out of downtown and want more space without paying more, Cedar Brooke Apartments is absolutely worth checking out.

This place is an amazing place to live. They offer flex payments and have a ton of amenities, they have a pool, a tennis court, a small gym, a park, secure laundry mat and a coffee bar. They even have security patrol the area. I would recommend anyone and everyone to love here.

This was a great experience! Staff was timely, maintenance was efficient and very considerate. The courtesy, respect and decency I received from not just staff but neighbors was really great. Would recommend!

We recently moved in a month ago. The Whole Office team is wonderful. Relocate from a different state only seeing photos of the property online and was very pleased upon arrival the unit was excellent. The Office Staff are truly kind gifting us some welcome home gifts. Wayne the maintenance guy came to fix something wrong with tub in was very kind. If anything maintenance wise happens, the response time is extremely fast. All in All just a great place to call home.

They were great from the property manager all the way to the staff inside assisting me with moving in and everything !!! I was honest with them and they were honest with me. I went with a 2 bed room apartment and it looks like a little home. Thank you so much
