Number one no one answer the phone number two. I have been over there to try to speak with someone about an apartment and no one is ever in the office. The office is always closed then you call no one answers you leave a message. You don’t get a call back so then I decided to explore The apartment grounds. It is like the hood meet section 8 meet dilapidated housing. There’s dry rot on the garage frames there’s dry rot everywhere. They’re missing windows and some of the units. They do not take care of the property at all. They do not take care of that property. I don’t know who’s in charge that property but that property looks so raggedy it’s ridiculous. No one has power washed the outside. No one has repaired the garages they have dents in the garage doors. the windows are out it’s dirty.

By far the least friendly place i have lived at. They will have people park their cars in front of their garage near the entrance, the biggest problem with that is trying to park next to the side building. I almost hit every car and when i ask if something can be done about it they can’t give me a real answer as to why they can. But then no one else is allowed to do such thing, rent goes up and down like it’s the stock market when it’s 1500 its actually going to be closer to 1700, we plan to leave this place soon and has already picked out our new place to live and we are excited to get out of here. It is way over priced for what you actually live in. Parking is a hot mess and staff is non existent until rent is due.

i really can’t say enough good things about this complex. Best place i’ve ever lived, monica (in the front office) is awesome & she goes above and beyond for the people who live here & the maintenance is really on top of things. i love it here!!!

I have recently moved in Canal's Edge. Monica, property manager, has been very help throughout the application process all the way to move in day. David has been quick to to handle any and all maintenance request we had since moving in. Neighborhood is quite and so far no issues with neighbors.

If I could give zero stars I would. Unfortunately, my mother has to move into this place and per her lease agreement she is set to move in on 1/3/2022. She was told she could pick up her keys this morning at 10am. It is currently 12pm and no one has come to the office to give her the keys. She has paid movers $679 to move her today and they have no where to move her furniture. I can’t believe a place could be so unprofessional. This is completely unacceptable. I am truly disgusted! Update: we were finally able to get into the townhome and to our surprise (not really) the place was A MESS. All the socket were exposed, there was exposed wiring, the closet doors were not installed, there were no appliances, there was trash everywhere, no running water and the list goes on and on. I have nev
