Bloomfield Orchard Apartments

Made a quick visit here. Not the best place to stay. all of the buildings are in need of repair. The two units I saw were a disaster and needed to be condemed. You can smell mold and mildew and weed in the air The parking lot is big but there are holes everywhere.

There are 4 apartment buildings. There all infested with bed bugs! I was constructively evicted from my apartment because they neglected to get rid of the bed bugs. Even though they broke the lease there still trying to get my deposit. It's absolutely horrible and disgusting there. Wish more tenants would stand up for them selves the reason they don't is because they're section 8 & don't have any where else to go. It's a HORRIBLE place 💯🖤

DONT MOVE HERE this place needs to be shut down and remodeled apartments big and filled with whole from old windows and old appliances Mold in basement !!!! No real laundry unit and nails will get caught in your tires due from poor property maintenance
