Patrick Henry Apartments

The manager is great as far how flexible she is, and how she is willing to work with people. However the apartment complex has a cockroach and bed bug concern... we were only there two months. Management was unresponsive as to if there was any issue, but “a very reliable source” advised that exterminator comes on a weekly basis to maintain a cockroach concern for the apartment above where we lived, and there is powder all over the halls to treat a bed bug issue. Again, the manager is very flexible, and looks to give people a chance to establish stability.

Very nice management but very frustrated with the fact that maintenance sucks! Filthy bug problems and irritated with the fact that Ive been complaining about the same problems for 4 yrs now but don't get a response back and when I do if ever things get done poorly! Overall a pretty quiet neighborhood

Nice and big 2bhk flats but it's difficult of you order/get big packages no lease office for Appartments

Very bad quality apartments, maintenance is the worst. Very rude management. Not suggested.
