Mosaic of Auburn Hills

I moved into Mosaic in May 2025. I love where I live! The application and move-in process was efficient and involved zero stress. This is a small complex; it's quiet, remote and low-traffic. For the first week I wasn't sure if I had any neighbors living in the adjacent units because I couldn't ever hear anyone. I did in fact have neighbors, but there's either some super soundproofing in the walls or they are just very considerate people. Everyone I have come across have been nice, professional people. I feel very safe here. I love having a garage attached to my apartment. Love. It. I had a few maintenance issues when I moved in. I filled out the online request form and the next day it was done. Loved living here for about a year and a half, sad to leave! Our apartment was brand new with all new washer/dryer, dish washer, and more. We had a few facility requests that were solved in a timely manner as well. Overall, it was a very quiet area in a great location and would recommend living here!

I have emailed and called and had no response, this gives me no confidence in becoming a tenant.

I put a deposit down on this place over the summer. It was promised by November 1 and was pushed back to January 1. While I was promised return of my deposit, I have now contacted the leasing agent and/or company more than 5 times and still have not received it.

Have lived her for a year and have zero complaints. Very quiet, nice neighbors and manage doesn’t over manage the place and let people live their lives
