InRhodes Management

InRhrodes Management has recently been selected by our condo board as our management company. I have had a few contacts with them concerning some issues with accounting and our maintenance fees. Each of the contacts have been resolved promptly and I would like to mention Kim Mosey as an outstanding member of the company. I received a response within a day and the issue was resolved. My thanks to Kim go out to her and the InRhodes company. It will be a pleasure having you as our management company

As a contractor building relationships is key. Working with In-Rhodes was been nothing but perfect. Terry has been soild over the years and recently Randi has been a delight 😊. Never do we sigh when we see a email come through. So ty Angela for you and your team.

I’ve reached out multiple times over the past few months about a simple maintenance request that still hasn’t been resolved. Each time I call, I’m transferred to someone’s voicemail and never receive a callback from the person I left a message for. When I email, I get polite responses saying my concern has been forwarded to someone with no follow up. Subsequent phone calls that I’ve made after refusing to be transferred to someone’s voicemail results in vehement apologies and excuses about who’s responsible for what, role changes, weather delays: anything & everything but a resolution. It’s very disappointing to experience this kind of lack of responsiveness and accountability. Condo associations looking for management companies should avoid this one. Their 4 star rating does not track.

Randi did continuing follow up on an issue with power washing mold and dirt on my condo after the initial request was rejected by the board and got the issue resolved. I much appreciated her efforts and assistance with getting this request resolved.

Excellent communication and cooperation. Working with InRhodes has been a pleasure both as a homeowner and real estate Professional. Randi in particular is a real asset to your company.
