Great location for convenience and staying active, with plenty of trails and sidewalks nearby. The apartment layout is excellent—lots of storage, quality finishes, and attached garages. Minus one star for poor soundproofing. I’ve lived here for two years, and throughout that time, I’ve been able to hear my neighbor’s TV loud and clear through the walls. Sometimes, I even hear it through the electronic monitor in my kid’s bedroom. I can also hear water running from another neighbor’s shower. The soundproofing between units is very poorly done. Honestly, it comes down to luck—if you have quiet neighbors, you’re fine; if not, you’re stuck. And it’s not their fault—I’m sure they hear my daily life just as much as I hear theirs. I’ve had an amazing experience with this apartment community. From day one, the staff has been friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful—they make you feel welcome and valued. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, and the team always follows up to make sure everything is done right. I highly recommend this apartment community to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a great location being right by the Clinton River Trail and downtown Auburn Hills.

Awful experience Management has no sympathy or compaassion. Made me forfeit over 8k which included security deposit and first month and a half rent after an accident affected me moving into the property.

I really enjoyed my year renting at Parkways. It was clean, new and in a very lovely setting. Maintenance was on top of every request and I never had a problem with my two pets escaping while they were inside of my place while I was gone. The ladies in the rental office are a pleasure to work with. They were always friendly, helpful and outstanding on follow through and rental commitments. The online billing and payments were accurate. If you like the convenience of a first floor unit, you should plan on hearing your neighbors footsteps at times. If you want a bit more privacy and quiet, rent a second floor unit or a stacked two story unit. Side to side common wall noise was minimal. We have lived at Parkways for almost 4 years now and really love it. When we first moved it was just going to be for a year until we found a house but we decided to stay after realizing that everything is taken care of for us. We have met wonderful neighbors, sit on our patio all summer long, turn on our fireplace in the winter, walk the Clinton River Trail which is right outside our door and have so many shops, etc nearby. The Moceri staff is great. It is definitely smaller than we were used to in our house but it’s amazing how little you need and can get used to.
