Easily the best place I've ever lived. I have been at Auburn Square for 4 years and have had no major issues. Richard is great-- friendly and always very responsive to emails. The building is clean and well-kept, any planned outages of utilities are always communicated well in advance, reserved covered parking in the attached garage, and I appreciate that the building is locked. The location is also fantastic for the price-point, right in the middle of downtown Auburn Hills and easily walkable to any of the nearby businesses. The only negative I can even think of is that the walls are somewhat thin. You can hear people walking by/talking in the hallways, but I've never had any problems with noise in the mornings or at night. I've never had any sound issues with any of my neighboring unit

Auburn Square is a great place to live. Rent is very fair given the amenities and location. The other comperable apartment buildings in the area are $1700+ for a 600 sq-ft 1-bed. There is a huge construction project next-door on the west side of the building, but it hasn't been a huge nuisance... yet. Having a reserved parking spot in a covered parking garage is also a huge plus. Location of the building is in a prime spot in Downtown Auburn Hills. The staff of the building is the best I've ever had. Richard, the building manager is SUPER friendly and helpful. Maintenance manager is also extremely friendly and helpful too. The apartments are nice, but not fancy. Finishes are not high-end by any means, but they have great layouts and the building is fairly new. They have central heat/AC,

This was the best community I’ve ever lived in. If they had any two bedrooms available I would have stayed. The property manager, Richard, is the kindest, most empathetic, and helpful property manager you will ever have. They never jacked the rent up like every other community in the world and it was insanely affordable to live here. The location is fantastic. There really isn’t anything bad I could say. The guy complaining about getting constant noise emails was simply making too much noise and can’t take personal responsibility for his actions. I’ve never once heard any of my neighbors making any noise, nor have I had any complaints filed against me.

I have no complaints about Auburn Square. The management is great, maintenance is quick and friendly, and what complaints can you have about a brand new building? It's super nice being right downtown Auburn Hills, and the parking structure is really hard to beat. Super occasional weed smell, but that's to be expected of pretty much any apartment, especially so close to a college. Everyone's super nice and quiet!

Very pricey for the size of the units considering the location, plus nothing is included. They say there is a fitness center but it’s really just one piece of exercise equipment on each floor. I was really debating on just dealing with the price and moving in but then when I told the gentleman at the leasing office I was going another route, he went from being nice to rude in a second. Definitely made the right decision.
