Where do I begin? First don’t let the negative reviews deter you, in my experience they are unsubstantiated. John & Erin were amazing. I was not interested in a lot of nonsense. I just wanted a no fuss realtor to come in value the property and help sell it, and that they did. It was a relatively stress free process. They met every need, quelled my fears and anxiety and took care of so many details. It was a very emotionally charged decision to sell and they completely understood and honored my situation with ease and respect. John is a great guy to work with he is professional, hard working and I appreciated his calm manner. Erin is a lovely, bright and professional woman. She is easy to engage with in conversation and also has a calming way about her. I would hire them again

Bought a home from them about 6 years ago. Many "fixes" were either done incorrectly or not at all, but were made to appear as if they had been done. The bathroom cabinet just fell off the wall. It was screwed into the drywall and not even touching the floor because it was not the correct size. Every month, a new issue like this. From plumbing lacking proper installation to electrical that is overloaded and not grounded. Do not buy from this realtor unless you are prepared for many major expensive repairs.

Going though a probate .we are in the process of moving out.never served an eviction notice.we have been moving out while trying to find a place to live.we go to the house everyday. Upon arriving at house today. There was a notice on doorwith front door knob broken and door open.a note was left by John Brunelle asking about our occupancy. I called him right away asking why he broke into my house without an eviction order. He stated neighbors told him we had moved out. So if you do business with this company be warned. I filed a police report for breaking and entering

Secretive about true transaction value. Owner, John B. is more of a fix it man than a realtor. Opt for another agent who works in the B & B office.
