DO NOT MOVE HERE !!! THE STAFF ARE NOTHING BUT LIARS ! i currently live here and since day one I’ve had nothing but problem after problem . From having to take cold showers , to not having running water , the “brand new “ dishwasher not working , to mold smell in my home , to my pipes busting and they left my apartment like this since December it’s February now ! The staff should be fired they don’t help at all !! The manger is a compulsive liar & he shouldn’t be in management at all ! They don’t communicate properly or at all ! I feel robbed and i hate ever came to this place . I was told that this community was a good place and that the management team was good ! WHICH WAS A LIE ! At this point these apartments should be tore down .All the maintenance ppl do is ride around all day and d

Currently in my last 4 months of my lease. Don't look or lease run!!!! They lie and lie some more!!! Old and newly renovated units have mold, they don't clean any of the units out! Just renovate over trash and dirt. They hire their own company to say you don't have mold. They do nothing about it but still expect rental payments. Corporate does not do any better. I will never lease with another Radco property again. I have been more than patient and can go on but I don't think it's enough room to type.

I love the management team and maintenance staff here. Any issues that arise while I’ve been here the maintenance supervisor (Elvin) as well as his team have been very diligent about resolving. If you are considering moving here or know someone that is looking for a new place to call home I would definitely recommend this complex. Units are being renovated, the management team is very accommodating and the maintenance team and their supervisor makes any concern(s) that you may have a top priority. I’ve lived on other properties for years and haven’t gotten the warm, welcoming experience that I’ve been getting here since the beginning. Keep up the good work team at Avery Park! Your residents appreciate it.

This property is a very nice location. Looking to move and stopped at the office Saturday and met with Pamela, she says she was new but she was very informative and knowledgeable of the apartments in general. Great customer service. She took me on a tour and it was a laying experience. The conversation was great and I do believe I will be coming back to live here if this is what the management is like. If she was the manager then I know the team is just like her. Thank you for the experience because looking for an apartment can be exhausting.

Came in for a viewing, the unit looked good they did a really good job with the renovation at that apartment and absolutely enjoyed the service that I received from the staff, They are amazing! I sat down with Tre' the leasing agent he explained that he was new to the company but I could not tell because he was on point with everything. After explaining my situation, he reassured me that everything would be okay, he showed me that he actually does care. Any questions that I had he made sure that I received the proper information.
