Aspire Apartments at Mountlake Terrace

Ive had an easy time living here. The units are remodeled, the staff is great, and if I have issues they are quick to fix them. You get what you pay for living here, especially with safety. Glad to have Sarah back in the office!

Stayed here for a year and half with really no issues. Walls are pretty thin and you can hear your neighbors pretty easily, but other than that, had a great experience. Francisco was always on it when we had a maintenance issue, he did a great job. He was easy to get a hold of too which made it easier.

Avoid Aspire Property – Health Hazard, Hidden Costs & Shocking Maintenance Issues I rarely write reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others about Aspire Property. I lived in one of their homes for a year, and it was a nightmare from start to finish. The property was in unlivable condition mold was everywhere, and by the end of the year, even my furniture was full of mold. This isn’t just unpleasant — it’s a serious health risk. The air quality was awful, and it would be very easy to get sick from just inhaling or touching the microbial growth. The maintenance issues were beyond unacceptable. Water started seeping through the wall, and it had to be repaired twice. The worst part? I was told I had to move out at my own expense for the repairs to even happen. I ended up living with this

Amber was extremely helpful during our tour and really helped me feel comfortable in wanting to move in. The place looks very nice although i haven’t moved in yet.
