I can’t say enough great things about AMLI! From the moment you walk in, you can tell this community was designed with intention. The building itself is absolutely stunning — modern, warm, and thoughtfully laid out — but what really blew me away were all the incredible amenity spaces. There are so many areas for kids to play and explore, which makes it feel welcoming for families without sacrificing style. It’s rare to find a place that balances sophistication and fun so well. One of my favorite spots has to be the sound and karaoke room. It feels like this hidden, private little gem inside the building — the perfect place to hang out with friends, play Pac-Man, and sing your heart out without feeling like the whole world is watching. I have a very good experience at AMLI. Everything is clean, organized, and very comfortable. The community is quiet and peaceful, and I really enjoy living here. The management team is helpful and friendly. Overall, it is a great place to live and I feel very relaxed and happy here.

I’ve had a really great experience with the new AMLI building and the ARCH program so far. The building itself is beautiful, very well done, and in an amazing location. Everything feels clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed.The staff has been wonderful to work with. Everyone has been kind and helpful, and Darik especially has been great throughout the whole process. He was very patient, explained things clearly, and helped make sure everything got completed on time. I really appreciated how responsive and supportive he was.Overall, the process felt smooth and reassuring, which meant a lot to me. I’m very excited to move in and truly looking forward to living here. Thank you to the team for such a positive experience.

A new luxury property! This apartment complex has everything and meets all the needs of my parents. There’s a music room with a recording studio, a beautiful rooftop balcony with stunning views and fully furnished spaces, fitness centers, and even a dog wash, and much more! My parents love the convenient location—they can walk to multiple grocery stores, enjoy a nice hike just minutes away, and feel safe and secure in the heart of Redmond. The property does an excellent job with security. Most importantly, the managers—Derek, Lilly, and Naomi—made the entire process so smooth. They always respond promptly and do their best to put our minds at ease. We even had a minor work order resolved on the second day! I’m so happy that my parents can live in a place like this. Highly recommended!
