Alta Village Apartments

I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment complex. The property is always well-maintained, clean, and quiet, which makes it a really comfortable place to call home. Any maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I especially want to recognize the property manager, Jolyn Colvin. She is professional, attentive, and truly cares about the residents and the community. Jolyn goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and that residents feel heard and valued. Her dedication makes a big difference in the overall experience here. I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a well-managed and welcoming place to live!

I recently moved here and was having a hard time finding a place that met what I was looking for, affordability and allowed pets. I had the pleasure of working with Jolyn the office manager. She was able to answer all my questions & was able to get me into a place with zero issues. They also have a nice sized pool that has been a great perk of living here. If you are looking for a cozy home that’s pet friendly with nice staff, this is definitely worth it. Highly recommend!

Toured with Jo today. She answered all my questions. The property was well kept and clean. Jeremy the maintenance man does great work. I look forward to calling Alta Village my new home!

I wouldn’t recommend living here and if you do, I would make sure to see your unit. I paid deposit and set up rental insurance. Then I received the lease agreement. I requested to see my unit before I agree to sign. I wasn’t granted that option. I advise them I was consulted my legal counsel not to and I’m not obligated to. The unit wasn’t ready it still was being worked on and needed to be clean. Not my fault whatsoever. Then I was told it’s called pre leases after I mentioned about seeking counsel. Mind you none of that was never mentioned to me. They cancel my application and told me I could reapply. (Give them another 50 bucks) No thank you, this property and its management left a disgraceful taste in my mouth. Life is hard enough people. Playing with people lives. The unit was outdate
