I lived in one of their properties for a year and never, I had an issue over there. The complex apartment (Cypress Pointe Apartments in Gilroy, CA) was always calm, and clean. If you need to be far away from noise, the location is nice. Also, the management has always been great, always communicative for any issue you may have and they also assist as soon as possible. I lived at Newport for over 2 years. My experience with management was excellent. They are very prompt dealing with any issues that may come up, and maintenance responded quickly the few times I needed assistance from them. They are very professional, and keep the grounds very clean and organized. The area is excellent, a nice, safe quiet area. Good schools. Shopping and daily needs stores are close by. Los Gatos is right next door, I did all my business, shopping, etc. there You can get to all the major freeways quickly. There are nice parks and bike/hiking trails very close to the apartments. Good choice for an Apartment.

I had to end my lease early due to work, and Mike from the management office was understanding and worked with me on a fair solution. I appreciated how flexible and considerate they were throughout the process. The property is well-maintained despite its age, and the common areas are in great shape, thanks to regular upkeep and a respectful community. It’s a quiet, beautiful place (especially at night!) with nice landscaping and plenty of nature. The move-out inspection was definitely on the strict side. We did a deep clean, even the blinds, but still got hit with a cleaning fee. I guess my standards weren’t good enough, but at least new residents can expect a clean home. I wish we were able to live here for longer. If my work brings me back to the bay area, I will definitely choose Gle

I lived at the Cypress Pointe Apartments in Gilroy , i had to relocate to another city otherwise i would have stayed there it was the best ! The staff and management there is so helpful and nice , any issues i had it was handled quickly . It is very family oriented and my kids loved it , very well maintained! Mike P. was so great after the move out process. Definitely recommend living here .

I rented at one of their properties, Parkwood Apartments, from July 2022 to July 2023. During my tenancy, I encountered a few issues including silverfish and bugs. The building may not have been well maintained over the years, so some issues have built up like mold in the bathroom. After moving out, Parkwood refused to return my deposit and sent me an invoice for additional charges. These charges were for hundreds of dollars in damages and cleaning fees. I have proof that the alleged damages pre-dated my move-in. When I asked Parkwood about the damages, they shared photos showing a single hair in a space of 700+ sq ft (I've attached one such photo here). I caution any potential tenant about renting from Acco; please know that their properties use "Acco Management," and you won't be able to
