600 Whisman Apartments

This property surrounded by homeless people who often steal bikes and delivered packages. I’ve reported this to the front desk (and police) multiple times, but they don’t seem to care. As long as no one is physically attacked, they refuse to install more cameras or improve surveillance. They also have six or seven EV chargers that are permanently assigned to individual apartments, leaving ten or more EV owners without a reliable option to charge. It would make much more sense — and even be more profitable — to make these chargers available to all EV-owning residents. Most of the chargers sit unused about 85% of the time. Moving in on August 2021 so this is a review that’s reflective of the apartment at the time. We had asked if the apartment was cleaned, which we were assured it was 3 days prior to move-in, and, on the day of our move-in, we see a stain on the carpet and horror under the bathroom sink (see pics and maybe a scene from the Conjuring). Can’t trust apartment management and can’t believe I’m stuck with this place for a year. Spare your money and health folks.

Quaint Apartment Complex. Very nice landscaping. Apartmemt has very nice ameneties, Washer, Dryers as well as a dishwaher. However wall plugs are few and need to be updated to the 3 plug model. Very pet friendly. Management is very friendly and very nice as well as the residence

Many spider families are living in the apartment, many other bugs are living in the unit too. There is also mold even beside bed, in the closet.

The water is shut off very often for very long periods making it extremely inconvenient.
