Amazing inspectors! XStream Inspections were very professional any thorough. I have moved many times and they were the best inspectors we have ever used. They came on a very short notice and took their time to look at everything. The report they wrote was very comprehensive with pictures and they explained everything in terms that we could understand. They have been in this business for a long time and really know their stuff! We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs a great inspection company. Plus they even gave us great advice on how to take care of our house in the future. So lucky to have used them, they really made buying a house a worry free process.

A big thank you to Xstream inspections. Our relator recommended this company and that we have our newly built home inspected by an independent contractor. This fixed was highlighted and addressed by the Xstream inspection report. This made our final walk through with the builder so much easier. Our inspector Scott Poulson, was professional and detailed. After the inspection was complete he went over all of the issues with us and answered all our questions. He certainly found issues that my husband and I wouldn't have. He even noticed there was a problem with our front door and now we will be receiving a new one from our builder. I highly recommend using them if you are looking at building a new home or any home.
