Mansions at Sunset Ridge Apartments

We love living at Mansions at Sunset Ridge! The move-in and touring process was amazing, shout out to Chloe for answering all of our first time renter questions! Our living experience (3 months so far) has been amazing. The apartments are great, the community is clean, and it feels like the perfect place to call home! The neighbors are quiet and respectful and I love living in this community. From the office hosting events or weekly breakfast to the speed and kindness of the maintenance staff, every aspect of living here has been amazing! We love calling this place home :)

I've lived here for two months now, and I do not have enough praise for the maintenance crew or management staff at this apartment complex. I searched for... months? maybe the better part of a year for apartments and this was one of the top 5 finalists based on reviews, proximity to work, and layouts- primarily attached garages. This is a wonderful place to live. Close enough to the dump and a massive church to be affordableish. (Little jokey joke.) But I've never smelled anything from the church or the dump, and I honestly didn't even know it was there until I looked at a map. The property is clean, the staff are wonderful. I had a maintenance request answered and resolved next day. 11/10 stars- would recommend. To the staff: y'all are awesome. Thank you.

The process was very smooth and the office staff handled everything quickly and efficiently. The property is so clean, quiet and well maintained. I met a maintenance guy or two out on property and they were so friendly! The apartment itself was IMMACULATE! I’m extremely picky about cleanliness and it looked like a brand new apartment, like it had never been lived in. Every inch of that place was perfection. The ladies in the office are thorough with providing information. All around it was a very smooth & easy process.

Overall, we had a good experience living here for two years. The property was well maintained, the community is friendly, and the leasing agents were always helpful and professional. The maintenance staff is also excellent - quick, kind and knowledgeable. We enjoyed our time in the apartment itself. However, I had to take off two stars because out interactions with management were not great. At times the property management came across as rude and condescending when I needed help, which was disappointing after an otherwise positive experience. The biggest issue came at move-out: we were changed almost a full month's rent in fees, despite leaving the apartment in good condition with only normal wear and tear.
