I can't say enough positive things about The Ellis and their staff. Claudia Rubio took the time to really make me feel like a valued resident before I even started living here. From the application process to the move in, she made it completely seamless and the best experience I've ever had coming into a new home. She was so attentive, fantastic at communicating, and truly amazing at helping her future residents. The complex is perfect, safe, quiet, and clean. All the amenities are tops and I absolutely love the convenience of the services like valet trash, great internet, and smart features in each unit. Seriously perfect place to live.

I've been here about a year. Overall everything is great, when there is an issue, I just put my request in the portal and either in day 2 or 3 they will have a service staff come over and fixing stuff. There are some pet stations inside the community which is very nice for people who have pets. Some owners may forgot to pickup their pets' big dump but at least 1-2 weeks after those dumps were gone. One experience that made me disappointed is that the treadmills in their gym - one of them was not working when I first move in and the other one was not woring shortly after. It's nearly about a year now and those treadmills are still not fixed. I used their pool 1-2 times throughout a year and it's really nice area to go. I definitely recommend this apartment for anyone who is interested, but

I wish I could give a lower rating due to how this complex made me feel. I actually liked this place but how Chalyann treats people and dismissed me changed that completely. I gave my notice that I won’t be renewing my lease. The vary next day I get a notice stating that I’m delinquent paying rent when I actually paid it on Jan 31st. It definitely posted to my bank account. Manuel Meneses approved of the notice. No one called me to inform me. So I have already taken legal action and The Ellis yall got 2 hours to make this shit right.

I can't say enough great things about my experience with Ms. Andrienne Harris at The Ellis. She truly went above and beyond to help me find the perfect apartment. From touring the property and amenities to walking me through the leasing process and even helping expedite my move-in, she made everything so easy. Even when my previous property was being extremely difficult in communicating, Ms. Harris remained patient, supportive, and professional. Her kindness, responsiveness, and attention to detail made a stressful situation so much easier. I'm confident I made the right decision moving to The Ellis, and a big part of that is thanks to her. If you're thinking about moving here, do yourself a favor and ask for Andrienne by name — she will take amazing care of you!
