If you are looking for reasonably priced spacious layouts, a well kept property, and friendly staff with a top tier maintenance crew this is it. For the 16 years here the staff has been on top of handling issues and has addressed them quickly. If it wasn't for work I would continue living here.

Overall, we've generally had a good experience. Maintenance requests are usually handled promptly and to our satisfaction. The staff usually responds to our calls and emails quickly. We would like to see rates stay a little lower. It would be nice to have 2 dedicated parking spaces instead of just 1. Parking can be difficult after certain hours and on certain days if you have more than one vehicle.

Great experience living here. Well maintained property and management staff is very cooperative. Excellent location having nearby GBTP, North Tollway, Walmart, ups, usps and all other grocery stores, home depot, lowe's and eating places you name it you will find it nearby just search. Gas stations, car maintenance, auto parts, tire shop, storage places, car wash, hair cut. Everything is conveniently located within few miles radius.

I really loved living at oak tree condominiums. Everyone In The Office Nice , courteous, and loving. Maintenance guys were awesome. I would have stayed but I had to find a place took my voucher. I didn't want to leave you guys are family now. Love Y'all❤️

Moved into a roach infested apartment, ill maintenance job before move ins. The cabinetry was stained horribly- it was permanently sticky, would scratch off easily and entirely scratched up countertops. We had a whole fiasco with our chimney that was clogged and covered our entire apartment with smoke upon first use, we still have lung issues to this day. During this the fire alarms did not go off- and the geniuses who installed them put them directly next to the return air. Kinda hard to let that slide when people could have died. They charge outrageous prices and will stick you for every charge they possibly can at move out- not surprised on that at all though. There was also a multiple week period where they decided to renovate apartments in our complex in the middle of the night from
