Marsh Highland Apartments

I would like to say that this has been the best experience with an apartment complex since I’ve moved here. Starting from Mrs. Evelyn assisting me the first day and being very patient and knowledgeable, I then met Ms Daniela who was very kind and speedy in everything she did but very efficient and effective in her work, she continuously kept me updated with calls and emails and the response time was amazing, I finally met Ms Coquesa and she was super amazing as the rest of the team, she made me feel so comfortable in the selection process, didn’t rush or try to sway me either way, I was already won over by the hospitality and the team work between them all. The apartments were amazing and beautiful, very clean, the neighborhood is extremely quiet and well kept as well. I Love Marsh Highl

I'm going to rate them this for the way they just did my fiance , he wasn't asked if he was a visitor or if did he live there , they also didn't realize the friends of mind whom live there but mainly because the last time it was me there I was greeted while charging my phone , but I guess because him being let's just go with a male they decided to tresspast him for charging his phone . He said 3 polices had to investigate and then told him he's not to step foot on there again ....good timing because we definitely wouldn't be considering living there so thank you management ... I believe the name is oak tree but either way it's the right spot exact same place were I did the same thing and differ results

I went there to look for an apartment Daniella and CeCe were very helpful I enjoyed the tour and they was very informable must try to come and look at this place.

I’ve lived here two years and haven’t had any issues. The office staff and maintenance take care of request in a timely manner. They do community activities during the holidays. Everything is well kept!

I was impressed from the first phone call to Marsh Highland Apartments requesting availability. The entire experience from the first phone call to my signing my lease and moving in — was smooth, professional, and anything but usual. In my apartment search, it was so infuriating the way it was such a struggle to reach most places — so many just never answer the phone. But Marsh Highland was different right from the start: no matter how many times I called, someone answered. That in itself seemed like a positive sign that this was the place.
