Windsor Mustang Park Apartments

Loann did a great job showing us various apartment layouts. There were many options with different room sizes, and she patiently explained each one without pressuring us into choosing the more expensive options. Instead, she put herself in our shoes and provided as much information as possible. She gave us a thorough tour of the units we were interested in and never made us feel rushed, even with other appointments coming up. Highly recommended!

The apartment was so nice. Quiana was a great tour guide. She answered all of my questions and was extremely accommodating to my needs. She offered virtual tours or to send videos since I’m moving from Houston. Also all units have hardwood floors which is a bonus!

We’re current residents, and this is honestly one of the nicest apartments we’ve lived in. The white interiors and spacious layout are beautiful. We found Mustang Park during a stressful move and did a self-guided tour on a Sunday. We knew right away it was the place for us. The next day, we toured with Loann and applied within an hour. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and even stayed late to make sure we secured our unit. While no apartment is perfect, our overall experience has been very positive. The only things we wish could improve are better attention to pet waste around the community and having the option to opt out of certain amenities like trash pickup or washer and dryer rental, which we personally don’t use. Loann was really great on the tour very open and fun towards all information about the 2 inquiry units. Pricing and availability was just what I needed. Very clean, quiet and nice property. Loann was very welcoming and great .

Loaan took the time to explain everything, very thorough in explaining with the hidden fees and the baseline rent. She stayed past her scheduled time to accommodate us. Really appreciate everything. Thank you!
