This is regarding the Ravina Village property in Sheboygan Falls- google says it is “permanently closed” which I presume is from the negative reviews. So here’s my experience! After my partner and I broke up, I properly signed off on my portion of the lease and was told I would receive my portion of the security deposit in JUNE- I was mainly after my $900 pet deposit. All I wanted was my dog’s money. I will not even discuss how outrageous the pet security deposit is. What should have been a straightforward process turned into months of back and forth with little communication or follow through from management. I would never rent from them ever. If you plan on renting in Denmark Wi I urge you to read and only rent from them out of desperation. I live in building 649 I had water pooring out if my light fixture above my bed, reported to management and they sent a contractor to quote and I was home to let them in, his report was these building have very poor quality insulation and the water was a result of poor insulation. My electricity bill in summer can be over $250 to cool my apartment. My shower when I moved in was leaking and took repairs two weeks and my water bill was high due to that. My stairs going downstairs smells of dog urine from old renters they claim they had carpets cleaned before I moved in. We were completely ghosted by the management company after stating we had an ESA. They were great and cooperative up until we submitted paperwork for our ESA. We had to submit our ESA letter three different times in multiple formats and have my physician sign three different documents confirming our ESA and were completely ghosted. Would never recommend this management company to anyone. The cheap rent isnt worth the poor management.

I was apprehensive about moving here due to the many poor reviews but so far this has been my best renting experience. I do wish it was easier to automate rent payments but the location I am at has amazing parking and wildlife (Local flock of turkeys). I have really enjoyed my time here and do not plan on moving anytime soon.

I have been here for almost a year. Maintenance is VERY responsive (Thanks Frank!). Snow removal was prompt all winter. They pressure wash the buildings at least twice a year. I love my space--units are larger than other apartments of a similar style. The only drawbacks are the train and how warm the upper sun-facing units get. We've had to get creative to properly cool the second bedroom all summer, even after purchasing a second A/C unit for the master. Overall, I'm happy with how we're treated and the maintenance of our units.
