Solaris on Main

I have called Solaris on Main home for almost two years now, and I recently signed my lease for another year! Living at Solaris has been a wonderful experience. The apartment overlooks Main St. in downtown Neenah and Little Lake Butte de Morts. Right outside the back door is the Loop the Lake trial which is one of the best hiking trials in Neenah. The coffee shops, restaurants, boutiques, bars, and parks of downtown Neenah are only a short walk away. The apartment has many amenities including a hot tub, fitness center, conference space, common area with a pool table and games, a patio with grills and a fire pit, and spectacular views. Update: As an OG (been here since Solaris opened in Feb. 2022) I can not recommend a better place to do apartment living. Not once have I had any concerns regarding safety as the building is very secure. I absolutely love my apartment with all the natural light streaming in the large windows especially on those wintry days. I have had very few maintance issues but when I do, a quick maintance request through the portal and voila either Paula, Larry or Bob are on it. The mangement at Solaris is responsive, informative and friendly. The location is perfect! I attend all the festivities going on in downtown Neenah which I am pretty sure if I lived anywhere else that would not be the case. If I could give Solaris 10 stars I would. Amazing location, amenities, views, etc. The building is kept clean, safe at all times! I couldn't ask for more in a place to live....Oh and the best part? The management. The building is great - but Paula makes it a home. Ownership - I think it's time for a raise! Paula is an amazing manager and overall human. Welcoming, professional, friendly. Solaris is hands down the best apartment complex in the Fox cities - and Paula is the best manager...

I absolutely loved living at Solaris on Main! Paula and the entire team are truly fabulous, they go above and beyond for residents. Communication is always instant, and we’re consistently kept in the loop about everything. The building itself is clean, well-maintained by the expert staff. The safety here is outstanding, with multiple layers of fob access that give me total peace of mind. The location is also unbeatable — walkable to downtown Neenah with beautiful views and easy access to everything. I can’t recommend Solaris enough!

Such a beautiful property and friendly people. The management here was more than excellent to work with for both moving in and out. Paula was so flexible and helpful if I ever needed anything. The facilities (gym and common room) were always clean and put together. I have no complaints from living here. The location is perfect as there are shops and restaurants in walking distance as well as trails to walk or bike around! I highly recommend checking out this property.
