Had a positive experience with Jason Helling Selling my parents house. Asked a different realtor to give me their thoughts first, and all I heard was negative comments on how everything needed to be fixed or replaced, about 15 minutes in I realized this agent would not be working for me. To be fair the house was not perfect, but that agent wanted to list the house way below appraised value.
