AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! This place is full of clowns. You will be set up with an agent who is on vacation. Then after jump through hoops talking with that on vacation, they dump you because you asked them to do work. Luckily the agent reference me to another agent... who dumped me to yet again and referenced me to another agent. It would be cheaper for me to get my own real estate license and look for homes myself than dealing with the bozos Coldwell hires.

In selling our 86 yr old mother’s home, we thought the experience was terrible. We have POA for our mother to make decisions and to handle the signing. Our requests were not always heard or granted. It was listed way over what we asked it to be listed. In 6 months time we had minimal showings. When we did demand a price drop, she wrote up a new price amendment, not at all what we requested, and wanted mom to sign. She very rarely returned any phone calls. Communicated mainly by messaging or email. It took her 6 months to use the correct spelling of our names. She had trouble remembering conversations we had, therefore neglecting to get papers signed with her power of notary public. Verbally shared an email offer she had received but would not write it up on contract for us to review, then
