Cold Spring Villas

Great place to live! The management and maintenance staff I have worked with are awesome at their jobs, very friendly, professional, and helpful any time I need anything. My apartment is spacious, bright, and in great condition. The grounds are well-maintained, including in the winter with snow removal on sidewalks and the parking lot. It is very quiet and peaceful here. Neighbors have been friendly and respectful. Management and tenants make an effort to keep the place looking nice. The location is very convenient with easy highway access and a lovely walking/biking trail network. I have been living here for just under a year and it has been a great experience.

Great place to live. I lived here for a few years before moving for another job. The community is well kept. The repair team was best in class.

Me and my boyfriend applied here a few times and we were put on their waitlist and were on there for quite sometime. We had friends who lived there told us that they love living there so we had hope we would get one eventually. I just had another friend apply a few weeks ago and I told them good luck because we were on their waiting list and haven't gotten any news on available units. Come to find out that my friend who just recently applied got the apartment and me and my boyfriend are disappointed that we have been waiting so long to move in to this place. So anyone who is on the waitlist or applying and paying the application fee just to be added to the waitlist don't bother. They don't follow it.

Nice place. Weird floor plans for lower units. Patio needs some work done. When it rains the "covered" patio is always soaked. Maintenance is nice and always on the ball. Neighbors are nice. Expensive and no amenities included.

Went sight seeing and found these gems. Beautiful brick buildings. I would say probably built in the 17th century. A must see.
