Fox Crossing Creek Apartments

Graham, the apartment building manager is the best! He’s always willing to help and is very responsive. I’ve been to 4 other apartment complexes all over the US and none were as peaceful and maintained as this one. Graham is definitely the reason behind that!

In a beautiful location, especially in the summer! However the apartments are truthfully overpriced. Appliances are installed poorly, walls look cheap with plaster showing coated in paint, door knobs are cheap and fall off. After the snow storm we had recently the parking lots were not plowed, resulting in a parking lot coated in ice (lease is VERY keen on making sure all vehicles are off the parking lot by 9AM and then they don’t plow or apply salt.) Ultimately the apartments look very nice to the blind eye, but with a closer look it’s not what we pay for. They promise that action will be taken but nothing to show for it. PLEASE DO NOT RENT HERE. They are charging me to repaint kitchen cabinets. The stain came off due to poor workmanship. One cabinet was damaged because of steam. Very poor workmanship. They are charging me for trash cleanup around dumpsters. Dumpsters are provided per the lease. They have two dumpsters for 140 tenants. One for trash and one for recycling. There always is trash around both dumpsters, and they are charging me for cleanup. Beware don't rent here. They only care about your money not you.

Although the newly built apartments look phenomenal, they are very cheaply made and appliances are poorly installed. The management isn’t very helpful and can sometimes take days for a response, and there is only 1 garbage and 1 recycling for the whole entire complex. I would suggest taking your business elsewhere. I cannot wait until my lease is up!

They made me pay 1000$ in Ernest money I will not get back. Blew me off for a good 2 and a half weeks before getting the lease to me after that. The lease did not match the rules of the appartment apparently. It was a mess and I would highly recommend not dealing with this it was a very bad experience.
