Woods of West Carmel

Had a great tour of the Wood of West Carmel with Tre. It’s a really nice place, and Tre was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions thoroughly. While construction isn’t finished yet, the quality of the build, the amenities, and the location are hard to beat.

Nice property, well planned and appointed features, attractive finishes. Loved how it feels like a community taking shape, not just a set of buildings. The icing on the cake was Tre, who really listened, helped identify key features to pinpoint the floor plan best suited, he is a gem.

We recently toured this brand new apartment community and were thoroughly impressed from start to finish. Lexie, the property manager, was absolutely amazing—friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the community. She made the entire experience welcoming and enjoyable. The floor plans are incredibly well designed—spacious, functional, and clearly thought out with residents' comfort in mind. The interiors are stunning, featuring modern finishes like quartz countertops, two beautiful cabinet color options, and brand new appliances. What truly sets this community apart, though, are the incredible amenities. We were blown away by the planned aqua lounge space—it will be such a unique and relaxing space, unlike anything we've seen elsewhere. The saltwater pool is a major bonus,

My experience was great. Tre did an awesome job welcoming us along with showing us all of the amenities and available spaces. He was able to answer all of the questions that we had and his positive attitude truly made it a great experience. He went above and beyond at meeting our requested accommodations. I 10/10 highly recommend. I look forward to experiencing the great management service over the next year.
