Absolutely love living here at Aria! Austin, the property manager is so welcoming, helpful and friendly. It feels like you’re living in a resort. We love spending our time at the pool in the summer time and hanging out with our community friends in the winter time, playing euchre! If you’re looking for a place to move to in the Zionsville area, this is the spot!

Aria Apartments of Zionsville is basically the adult version of “ooh, shiny!” Everything is brand new, sparkling, and somehow makes me feel like I deserve a lifestyle upgrade just for existing here. The apartments are gorgeous, the community spaces are fancy without being intimidating, and the vibe is somehow both peaceful and lively—like the perfect coffee shop that also lets you nap. I’ve caught myself giving unsolicited tours to friends just to show off. If you want a place that makes you actually look forward to coming home, Aria is it. Five stars, zero complaints, and a lifetime supply of “wow, I live here?” moments. 🙌🏽✨

From the moment I arrived for my tour, I knew this was home. The staff is by far the friendliest I have encountered during my search for a place to live. I signed the lease within two hours of being here, and I have not looked back since. It truly means something to be greeted by name every time I come home. By nature, I am not a very social person after work, but Austin and Sierra bring an energy that is unmatched by any community I have lived in before. I genuinely feel welcomed and at home here. I’ve been living at Aria Apartments in Zionsville for about 3 months now and I absolutely love it here. From the very beginning, Sierra Shetterly-Romano made the entire leasing process smooth and stress-free. She was incredibly nice, professional, and helpful every step of the way, which made moving in such a great experience. The community itself is beautiful, but having a leasing agent like Sierra truly sets it apart. Highly recommend both Aria Apartments and working with Sierra!

I toured this property with my Mother-in-law and I have to say everything looked amazing and felt like somewhere I could call home. Matthew & Nathan were very knowledgeable and seemed very genuine in their customer service. I really like all the amenities and features that were available. Thank you for the tour experience, the Aria is on top of my list! (I toured about 5 other properties during my visit and none of them compared. Just fyi) :)
